Our delivery system
THE OWS INTELLIGENT UNIT DELIVERY SYSTEM
Traditional material delivery ships by trade. All the cabinets arrive together, all the plumbing arrives together, and the jobsite becomes a warehouse. Nothing can be installed until nearly everything has arrived, and every item is handled three to five times before it reaches the room it belongs in. Each handling event is an opportunity for damage, loss, and delay.
We ship by unit instead. We package every item for one guest room or one apartment together at the point of manufacture, label it to that unit, track it to that unit, and offload it at that unit's door.
It is a small change in packaging logic and a large change in how a jobsite runs.
